Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute:

- Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Indore, India
- The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act
- The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding
- These terms shall be governed by the laws of India
